The dermatology residents are from the accredited training programs of Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and through the Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Our fourth Dermatology and Resident Faculty Tasting departed from previous tastings. We undertook the daunting task of pairing Chinese food with wines that could be readily purchased at stores in Southern California.
